Turning criminal?

Anyone got some chain cutters to lend me? *lol* I have been so tempted to commit a theft ever since I discovered this outside the 7-Eleven down the street:

Gorgeous, aren't they? And soooo fitting for a quilter! But no, they are probably not worth turning criminal over ;o) In stead they can be of some inspiration! I have done a 12" test block:

Not sure what I'll do... Perhaps someday it will be sewn into a quilt, a table runner, a one block cushion, or maybe it will just end up in the orphan blocks box?

Wishing everyone a wonderful and creative weekend!
Hugs and stitches from
Anne Ida

Gorgeous. Have you asked them where they got them from. You might be able to purchase them

I guess you can ask the shop where they bought the chairs and table. Maybe you can buy it too. (don't forget to tell us if you do)

If there are two of them, I'll come help you sneak them off!! Love them. I suppose you're right though...we should all stay on the right side of the law. Love your block. I don't think it's going to be an orphan. I think it will end up as a part of an amazing quilt some day.

I can easy imagine what you thought... The chairs and table are just sooo great! You have stop by and ask them where to buy! Then you don't need to spend time behind bars, and rather sit on one of these lovely chairs, in the summer, stitching... :o)
Love your star block!
Happy sewing,
Laila

What a good idea, easier than jail for stealing the table!! I love it as well, I often see tile patterns that I want to make as quilts, Tracey
