Still playing catch-up on the wintry hexies project. Yesterday I got together the clue for week 6 - fairly simple stitching 18 hexagons going into two elongated flowers, and it was great as a bring-along piece for me to stitch while visiting my parents
As the picture shows, we had another bout of snow here in Oslo last night, at least the fog from this morning has cleared. Today I'm working on the clue for week 5, which is 34 hexagons framing the piece from the first clues - not sure why but these are taking me quite some time:
Linking up with Kathy's quilts and everyone participating in Slow Stitching Sunday :-)

Your hexies are cute. This will be a lovely quilt. Happy Stitching!
I really like how the pretty blue fabric is outlining that center piece. These hexies are beautiful.
Looking good... ... Where is the hexie project from ......
Is it nearly the end of snows......
This is the perfect project to stitch through to spring! Enjoy your hexies!
I love hexies, the perfect project on the move! That a lot of snow. We're expecting some in the uk next week!
Lovely colours in your hexie project! We had a lot of snow but it is has all melted now. It is raining today...good weather to sit inside and sew!
Your snow looks like a postcard. Here in the Midwest US, we are having what the weatherman calls "winter mix". Which seems to be shorthand for 'I can't decide if it's going to be rain or sleet or snow, so I'll forecast all of them!"
I love your hexies !!
I love your hexies and the design for them. We don't get a lot of snow here so I always enjoy looking at other people's snow. Great view there.
Hi Ann Ida I love your hexies and I love the pic of your snow, hope you have a lovely day my friend xx
