It's quilted, bound and washed :-D

Woohoo! It's the first quilt I have finished this year! And to think it took only three months (almost)! *lol*

The quilting is fairly simple; some stippling in the blocks, a "quilting-made-easy" thing in the setting squares

and I used one of my stencils in the setting triangles - it is a really simple stencil to do, but I think it's very decorative.

In the border I did a very simple meandering, same shapes as the stippling in the blocks, only a bit larger.

Borders are on

I promised an update on the Bear's Paw once the borders were on, and this is what it looks like:

A little different, but quite fun ;o) I still have to figure out how I'm going to quilt it, think I might have some stencils that will fit...

Another update is that last night I did a new layout on my leaders and enders blocks, and I think I have enough of these patches for a lap size quilt:

Now I "just" have to do all the setting squares, and I still have lots of these 1.5" squares, so I'm thinking perhaps doing something along the line of a scrappy border... we'll see ;o)
